Double Shot really did well the first couple of years that I had it. At one
point, my granddaughter declared it her favorite iris! When I moved here it
made a big difference. Two different locations and I didn't even get spring
bloom on it this year. Most of my own rebloomers are happy here, but DS and
others are definitely not thrilled.
Summertime Waltz really impressed me with the one stalk last fall. I posted
it here. But then there was no spring bloom (when I cross) and nothing
since then.
There were several reselect but non-reblooming (yet) seedlings from Chinese
New Year X Theme Master. I Love Mike Sutton's Snow Melt and crossed it to
one of these bitone blue seedlings. This was a cross I couldn't resist.
Several of Spoon's rebloomers are really giving a nice fall performance.
Daughter of Stars is making up for lost time with at least 4 stalks. I think
I'm becoming a fan! Love Goes On bloomed for weeks on one stalk . . . one
bloom at a time. Liquid Amber has 3 stalks, Zee isn't as dark as I expected
but it is really throwing up the stalks, & Lilla has a stalk.
I have 2 stalks on Recurring Ruffles which I've not seen before. This is a
Hager iris, but it looks VERY happy here. Have you (or anyone else) seen it
bloom?
