RE: CULT: Late seedlings & weather

I quit planting out late/small seedlings about Labor Day.

How late is too late? How small is too small?

I decided my late seedlings were not precious enough to take up house
space over the winter. Suspect they will either be killed or stunted.
Some were only 3 leaves by Labor Day. Am telling myself it's an
experiment.

Limited space makes hard choices!

After several nights of hard frost, now, of course, we warm up. This
is the frost-resistance test phase. Most unpleasant, but a valid
consideration for cold-climate rebloom. Ones able to perform
normally after this cold will get a note in my book, and probably in
the rebloom report. Misty Twilight opened 2 normal blooms today,
and I praised it accordingly!
