I can't believe it - clump of HARVEST OF MEMORIES out in the gravel rows is putting up two stalks. I may have dumped a bucket of water on it sometime, but it has been so hot and dry, it's still pretty amazing. One tough iris!
Also BABY BLESSED has a stalk with a bloom open. It is next to a group of seedlings that got at least one recent good soaking with the garden hose, plus are heavily chip mulched, so that's not quite as big a surprise. But very happy to see it!
