Is that true for t factor in beards? So that a white-bearded white could be full tangerine factor? Or does the beard always have some red in the throat?
<Having genes doesn't mean that trait is shown. There may be an upstream blockage of pigment.>In very cool weather, I've seen LACED COTTON open with pale blue plic markings. Others have seen the same. They quickly faded to white. So it's actually plic phenotype.
<For another example, Laced Cotton.? this is a plicata genotype, but a white phenotype.>
