I totally agree with Ellen on the Siberian iris, and would add a number 12 to
her list of virtues....in all except the warmest climates of the U.S, i.e.
Deep South and desert areas, the Siberian iris is the easiest type of iris to
grow. Clarence Mahan in VA, where Siberian irises flourish.
