Ian, I would like to endorse Tasco's idea that you write up your thoughts and
send them along to the Committee addressing reform in the judging system.
Perhaps they will be able to grasp the subtleties. I believe Griff has
explained the situation accurately and I have exhausted my interest in the
question.
