Dennis,

I know how difficult it is to lose a parent.  My father has been gone two
years, but I'll always miss him.  I depended on him so much;  he was
always there and my sister and I came first in his life.

I'm not in California, so can't help there, but do wish you the best as
you start your life anew.  I do send you my regards and condolences.
Texas is a great place to live -- not too much winter and the cost of
living is much more reasonable than in the far west.
