Here we are on the dry plains of  southwest Oklahoma, happy to get 1 1/4
inch of rain. Ron Mullin called from northern Oklahoma. He got 9 1/2 inches
last night, along with several tornados. Their school is shut down for
several days. Can you imagine? 9 1/2 inches!  He had just planted his
seedlings. But he does live on a hill. So he is not standing in water. But
probably still chasing his seedlings downstream.
