These are all nice classic iris.

All of the above hav esimilar bloom time; and tulips WILL NOT repeat in
your climate unless they are specis and even then... daffodils should be
chosen carefully, especially choosing from the Jonquilla and Tazetta
groups (7 and 8) since these like or at least take the warmer climates.
I have other daffs return, too, but I bet I am slightly cooler than you.
Daffs and daylilies are dandy. I'd plant the Dutch iris in a well
drained bed with some pernenials that do not need divided often, because
the iris are so small and not planted very deep so that when you dig
near them you'll unroot them without noticing. I know. I've just beien
doing that, to plant TB's and dayliliies.
Then there's always annuals with your bulbs, like those wonderful
California poppies... etc.
Just a few thoughts! Finding your Sunset zone on the map would help us,
or your average winter time minimum (the average of each year's minimum,
not the average winter minimum) -- eg the average of all the lowest
lows, including the record breakers.
I grow tulips but they are an intensive icebox affair and must be
replanted each year. Don't put them with Dutch iris unless planted at
the same time. Using smaller ornamental shrubs also is good with the
Dutch iris -- eg. berberis (the pretty red ones) or loropetalum or some
viburnums or some hydrangeas or...
