Hi, Ginny

Ian will probably write about this.  He has initiated a proposal to turn the
gardens at the Central Experimental Farm into a botanical garden.  The
gardens were in much disrepair this year due to all the budget cutbacks.
The irises in the TB bed haven't been dug in at least four years.  When I
last visited, the beds were overgrown with weeds and the rhizomes were
growing over each other.
