Just a sudden idea for a brown iris - I'm sure you'll receive many answers -
but consider Jean Cayeux which is a French Dykes and that means it comes from
the '30s.
As I read through the lists. I notice areas, zones, or some ID is not always
given - it may get monotonous, but people come and go, so it helps.
