Mike - I enjoyed seeing the nice photosequence of iris-borer on the
World Iris website. Any chance of adding a photsequence of this dread
disease? I'm not sure I know what it looks like, tho recognize it by
it's lack of dreadful stench in contrast to soft rot. Is this what I
call "post deluge after long drought in the summer" rot? Often
accompanied by streaky orangy-brown & yellow outer leaf damage?
Also, I'd really be interested in hearing which recently introduced
cultivars you notice seem to be able to escape damage without doctoring,
if any.
