With all of everyone's nice comments and suggestions about the AIS Symposium
ballot, I wanted you all to know that counting doesn't have to be the task
it use to be. I have made a MS Access program available to all RVPs this
year to assist with vote tabulation, and a number are using the program as
we speak. A method to tally additional or different kinds of votes for a
symposium can be easily accomidated with computer programming.

...where we're off this weekend to do an AIS booth at the California State
Fair. You'all remember the "horse of a different color" in Wizard of Oz?
Iris customers at a State Fair are kind of like that, a buyer of a different
color. Lot's of fun... we hand out a free iris to any youth who wants one.
I love putting smiles on their faces.
