PLEASE, pretty please, will everyone remember that no record is useful
about a rebloom report unless you also include the name of your state or
country and the USDA zone (or equivalent) you are in. We need the rebloom
reports and besides putting them here on line, it whets the appetite of those
who don.t have rebloom --- but unless the public knows whether the iiris
will rebloom in their area, it is not helpt. Also you need to report to
the RIS Director of your area - see the list among the officers in the
