I have been watching for a response to Vince's questions about rebloom
on established, mature (maybe crowded?) clumps of rebloomers. I have
noticed that I have not had the rebloom so far on the 3 year old clumps
that I have on some I just put in last year. I think I have also heard
that rebloomers like to be divided and reset yearly? I'm sure it is all
relative to each person's area and management but I'd sure like to hear
from some of the experienced rebloomer gardeners. I also think I read
somewhere that the number of leaves on the fans on TB's in general can
help determine whether or not it will be able to bloom the following
Spring? That would be helpful to me in dividing and culling some
rhizomes. I have a hobby garden at my home so am interested in clumps of
blooms not particularly increases.
Any thoughts anyone would like to share? Thanks.
