I just received my orders (2 as I could afford them) from Beautiful
View Iris Garden; and while commercial recommendations might be
frowned on in this chat space (please inform me if so), I wanted to
recommend this source. I received huge rhizomes, in impeccable
shape, often with a flock of new buds around the rhizomes. And
generous extras.
Harold has a web site (www.beautiful-view-iris.com), with photos but
no prices on his TBs, only the Arils. But the catalog is available
by mail for $2 (2048 Hickok Road, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762-9748).
And the prices are a bargain! All those I ordered were from $2.50 to
$4, and the highest prices in the catalog are $10s and $12s, with one
$20. A nice man to deal with too!
