I agree with the evaluation of Scheeper's: best prices, best bulbs.  The
same company also runs Van Engelen's, which sells larger quantities at even
less expense.  Great if you can get some friends to combine orders to get
quantities up to 50 or more.  Both reticulatas and Dutch irises go for
pennies apiece at the larger quantities at Van Engelen's.  Scheeper's has
'Katherine Hodgkin' at 5/7.50, the best price I have seen anywhere for this
variety.  Other reticulatas are as low as 25/4.55.

Thinking of this because I just sent off my fall bulb orders.  Suckered
myself into trying Cardiocrinum giganteum again.  I usually use one of the
more complete catalogs, like Scheeper's, to frame my order, then do
comparison shopping among a half-dozen because no one catalog has the best
price for everything.  Sometimes the differences are VERY substantial, so
it pays to look around.
