The tenor of the country has changed so much since I returned from
Vietnam in 1970. It is so heart warming to see Americans and our
international friends pulling together to confront a common enenmy.
There is lingering bitterness over the conduct of a few people; but
the love of my country and my fellow friends every where so greatly
outweigh those few.
