Blooms on IMMORTALITY, GOLDEN ENCORE, BELVI QUEEN. More rebloom coming
on 'not YOUTH DEW' & QUEEN DOROTHY. Stalks on HARVEST OF MEMORIES,
ROSALIE FIGGE. Nothing showing yet on the others which will probably be
too late to avoid getting frozen this year.
Most of the G.P. Brown rebloomers were moved to 'better' soil last year
and haven't bloomed yet this year. A few were left where they were:
SUMMER BLUETINTS is past bloom, and SUMMER GREENSHADOWS is sending up a
second wave of stalks. Nice. These definitely do best here as far as
blooming well before fall killing freezes.
Betty, it sounds like RETURNING CHAMELEON is also an early rebloomer
(early in the fall that is). Do you get good reports on its performance
farther south?
