Plant it, absolutely! If you find any more like it, I'd recommend
propping it up and hilling dirt around what roots it has, rather than
taking it out of the ground, as long as its still in at all. Just make
sure you don't cover the rhizome, and water it in ASAP late afternoon.
I've never lost one yet, doing this.
