Re:OT ?lettuce

Okay, So my lettuce bolted in the heat of august, but i let it keep growing. 
I have black seeded simpson. boston and  a row of mixed field greens. The 
question facing me today is  can I cut it back and will it regrow ergo cut 
and come again lettuce or do i have to reseed.  i have always reseeded in the 
past and kept it till xmas, under cover at night. If I can skip that waiting 
period and have it sleaf out agian i would think that was great .  Who knows?

Still mulching the paths and pulling off dry fans.
