> Chickasaw Sue, (Which they say is a TB and it is a IB I believe)
Susan,
CHICKASAW SUE (J. Gibson, 1983) is a BB rather than an IB, which means it
has shorter stalks than a TB (it was registered as 26"), but blooms along
with the TB's, and not before them.
The description from the 1991 Cooley's catalog is
"A lively ruffled plicata with stark white ground on the falls that will
draw your attention. Standards are an orange-red and violet blend. Falls
are stitched orange, red, and brown on the edges and hafts." From the photo
in the catalog, it appears to be an orange-copper on white plicata.
