AIS: Symposium ballots from Overseas members

I know that the Bulletin can take a long time to get to foreign places,
and I want as many AIS members as possible to be able to vote the
Symposium ballot.
So I want you to know that the overseas part is the last thing I work
on, and if you can get your votes in (email or snail mail) by the middle
of October, that will be fine.
I can email you the list of iris on the ballot, if that will help. (It's
also available from http://irisarian.dynip.com )
I want participation to be (a sampling of) universal, and fun for all.
