Hi all,
Some may remember my queery re several siberian seedlings remaining in leaf
through the dormant period. I had hand pollenated blooms of 'Coolabah' with
pollen taken from 'Deepening Shadows' a PCI.
I have kept these seedlings clearly labelled, and had observed that their
foliage is similar, but not quite the same as PCI foliage.
While I am still not quite willing to believe I have a species cross, These
seedlings have big fat flower buds pushing up, at exactly the same time as
my PCI's and are way ahead of siberians.
I'm hoping I haven't made a huge mistake and simply have a batch of PCI
seedlings, but I am willing to swear that these seeds came from 'Coolabah'

I should have more idea in a few days - fingers crossed!
