John is correct that you need a license to obtain terraclor here in
California, however at a recent club meeting Bryce Williamson disclosed that
if you check the main ingredient on the typical fungicides sold for Camellia
Blossom Blight you will find that it is Terraclor. An expensive way perhaps,
but if you only have a small problem....
