Also here in Southern Victoria. A couple of PCI's including a nice new one
with a wide band of blue on the falls, blue veining on white in the centre.
Lot's and lot's of buds on many seedling PCI's that have never yet bloomed
for me.
I. schachtii in bloom. Also the seedlings from this, so it will be
interesting to see any differences. I have also noticed that the buds on the
seedlings don't carry the red splashes of colour that the parent plant has.
I. lutescens almost open.
My first SDB's will be seedlings of Murmur X Being Busy.
Lots of SDB's budding up, and a few TB's with Lavender Park well in the
lead.
Buds also on Dutch irises, spread throughout the garden.
Weather wise, it has been quite wet here the past few weeks (the only place
in Aus that is wet?) and the weeds are growing well. Some parts of the
garden are too wet to weed.
Muc to do in the garden - so why am I sitting here?
Cheers, Jan
