Very strange, Tom. I have both the softcover "Registrations and
Introductions in 1999" and the hardcover "Iris Check List of Registered
Cultivar Names, 1990-1999" and they are fine. Perhaps the machinery burped
when your copy was produced...lets hope there are not many more floating
around.
