FASHIONABLY LATE has not been particularly late as a bloomer here.  My
conditions confuse bloom season on things, I think, with so much winter
activation during warmer days or weeks that TB's bloom anywhere from late
April to early June.  FL has usually been just after midseason so far.  Even
though I am not all that far south of KY, the exposure inside of the mountain
range in a basin may not compare well with your conditions.
