REB:Reports

Again, I would like to know of ALL irises that bloom in anything OTHER than
the spring bloom cycle. I don't really care what we call them!

I will leave the criteria for reporting to the RIS in the hands of those
interested in those activities.

If an iris sets an off season bloom stalk in CA it IS a California rebloomer,
whether it's reported or not. (You can not report FOR someone else). Whether
or not to recognize it is up to the RIS.

One question. When an iris doesn't fulfill your interpretaion (anyone) of a
rebloomer, what do we call it?

On the years that Immortality skips a spring and then blooms in the fall . .
. is it NOT a rebloomer that year? In that case what IS it?
