Re: HYB: rims


Betty, that's my understanding, for umbrata appearance anyway.

But I think Neil also said something earlier about it being possible to
get light rims on I(s) also, where the color is the same on front and
back of the falls.

FYI - I tried to do a search for recent reblooming TBs with light rims.
Had some problems searching for "rim" since it also gave me "trim",
"trimming", and "shrimp", plus some descriptions say the falls are
"edged" with something.  Plus I couldn't get rid of all the dark rimmed
things on light ground and plicatas....

I couldn't find anything in the online database registered in the 90s
that had light rims that rebloomed and wasn't space age.  Possibly
overlooked things with shrimp red beards and definitely missed those
with light edges.

In any case, your light edged THEME MASTER may be unique among
reblooming TBs.
