Re: comments on Schreiner intros

I've grown Plum Fun and Matt McNames for two years here in the Arizona
desert. They have both been winners for me. Good growth and increase, no rot &
nice flowers. Matt McNames has a bloom you can't walk by without noticing.
(Namesake of one of my favorite irisarians, too - Keith McNames, our AIS
Librarian.)
I was especially pleased with Plum Fun, as many Schreiner irises have
trouble in our heat. I just dug the two year clump & sent 10 nice increases
to our club sale. I sent 8 of M.M. after sharing with friends. I definitely
am replanting both.
