As boring a proposition as it may be, I would think that referencing the current lists of most popular baby names and using those names as iris names would insure increased sales both immediately and in the future as gardeners add plants to their gardens in memorium of passed loved ones for generations to come.What goes into picking a name can be interesting and fun too!
I have to wonder how many rzs would sell of, say, EMILY'S EYES or JACOB'S GIFT. Lots, I'd bet.
