I think that several different and independent concepts may well be kicking 
around, Paul, starting with my own initial offering. Yours idea is one of 
these, but I know for a fact that it is not the only one. Some folks may have come 
to a concensus about something that interests them,  but it does not follow 
that everyone is going to fall into line. Indeed, it is extremely difficult, if 
not impossible, to keep things moving in any straight line on this list. Once 
an idea is tossed out, all sorts of folks will have all sorts of responses, 
some of them unpredicatable in the extreme, and that is the glory of it all.
