Hit the wrong button. It's getting to be a habit.
Please don't take offense. My point was simply that I haven't, nor will I,
visit each and every garden to know the microclimates or gardening habits of
each and every gardener who may report to this survey. My point was simply
as the last question addressed it- HOW do we address these factors?
Personally, How an iris performs in the Vale of Despair is of less importance to me
than how it performs in Utah, New York etc. My climate is much more favorable
for growing iris than yours. If an iris has been pampered by Joe Ghio in his
microclimate and still barely survives I am much less likely to try it.
