HYB: MED: The Grapes Sisters of Nebraska

Greetings.

Vivian and Hazel Grapes of Big Springs Nebraska are listed in the 1969 AIS 
Alphabetical Iris Check List as hybridizers. 

I am interested in Vivian Grapes. I do not have a list of her 
introduction(s), but I am informed she was interested in Dwarf Irises.
 
Does anyone know anything at all about Vivian Grapes of Nebraska, her 
accomplishments. affiliations, anything she may have written? She apparently 
corresponded with Elizabeth Lawrence.

Anyone out there from western Nebraska?
