Hi Griff,
 
The instructions for the Blind Seedling Competition in Kansas City are in  
the April 2007 AIS Bulletin.
 
Basically, it says "Hybridizers are invited to send one seedling rhizome  for 
this competition with the understanding that it will not be considered for  
introduction until after 2009." Rhizomes are to be submitted using the same  
guidelines as regular guest irises. Seedling number should be marked on each  
rhizome and packing list should include hybridizer's name, address, phone number 
 and e-mail address; number of seedling; type of iris (e.g. TB); height, 
color,  season.
 
Irises should be sent to Jerry Hoke, Guest Iris Chairman, 9015 Carter  
Circle, Overland Park, KS 66212. His phone number is (913) 381-5042; e-mail  address 
is _jhoke@everestkc.net_ (j*@everestkc.net) .
