'Over And Over'  was a first-year plant here this spring and didn't bloom.
Now, however, it has been blooming for two days.  Despite the fact that it has
multiple buds, it has taken weeks for it to bloom since the stalks were at
full mast.  To be fair, I must say that it hasn't been given any extra
watering.  --  Griff
