It's not in the online register either. Tried it spelled as "Lavender Spot" as well.

I don't have a membership to the on-line checklist, but I don't see it in the 1959 through 1999 Ten Yr. checklists. It could be newer... 

Did you obtain it through a reliable source?  Would they be able to help?

Looks like maybe it is a color description rather than a cultivar  name.
