REB: advice on cultivars?

This question is mostly about performance in TN/KY/MS/GA/SC, but other comments welcome.
Considering last minute order & wonder if any of you have experience with survival/fertility of any of these: 

These have pedigrees that look like they <might> do ok here:
BLUE MOONLIGHT
BURSTING BUBBLES
DASHING
KISS OF KISSES
MIDNIGHT CALLER
MISTY TWILIGHT
PEGGY SUE
SEAWORLD

Not a clue for these two:
VALENTINE'S DAY
CORDOBA
