Can an iris have four doses of tangerine factor and <not> have any red/pink in the beard?
For example, in the blue bearded pinks, is there red pigment in the beard that is hidden by blue pigment? Or can there be four doses of tangerine factor but no lycopene in the beard?
In other words, soaked in hot water to remove water soluble pigment, is there always some lycopene visible?
I feel like I ought to know this already, that it's already been discussed - apologies for going over it again.
