We had gotten sunburns the day before in the arboretum and then had to
buy sweatshirts and wear socks on our hands for gloves the next day.

I have a vintage set of
Levi's which set me back $48.99 at an up scale jeans 
boutique near the '98
convention hotel.

I had packed nothing but shorts and running shorts and
froze the first day of 
garden tours.
