Linda,  I am on a city lot with no more space for gardens and I have a very limited area for iris. They are strictly for my pleasure.  When we had the acreage about 13 years ago, I had a large hillside for them but never was I a hybridizer...Just an Iris lover.  I could go thru the rows and ooh and aaah!  I still miss them.

I agree, Connie.  It is designed as social media to expedite social
communication, not focused discussions about irises.  But it does seem
to be what most people prefer these days.  My elderly computer doesn't
handle it well, and it has become a huge sink for time I don't want to
keep spending that way.

So, Connie, what's your iris interest?  Do you grow for fun, show or
breed them?
