Rebloomer (?) HANDS UP

One of my summer-bought irises is Monty Byers' Hands Up. It is a big, 
sturdy rhizome and is putting on a new shoot. It didn't even lose any 
leaves after I planted it!  My question is, does anyone raise it, and 
does it rebloom for you? Especially those of you in Missouri-- Craig, 
etal.
