Now that you have a great signature, I have to ask for an explanation of 
the last line -"The first country to see the light of the new day." Must 
have something to do with being so far south of everyone or so far east 
of Austrailia????

Sorry I can't gice you an answer on the pool side bed. There are a lot of 
chemicals in pool water. Judging from what others say about attacking rot 
with clorox, I doubt that the chlorine will be a problem, but isn't the 
Ph generally kept in the 7.2 - 7.4 range?
