AIS, Clarence/Tom's judging ideas

Gee what a week!!  I am getting married Saturday; I got flamed for the first
time (was that crazy or what?); got an orchid that wasn't supposed to bloom
till after we were gone on honeymoon, and opened TODAY!; my daughters
birthday is Friday; I will receive some donated La's in the mail in the next
couple of days;
AND my parents and husbands mom will be in Wed.

BACK on track,  I really appreciated the comments by Clarence and Tom (and
replies) about the judging criteria and perhaps changes.  I have not been to
a show, so I dont know how it goes, but from listening here to to the folks
who DO know, there seems to be a slight problem.  The suggestions offered
seemed really clear and easy to a simple layman here.  Do we really have a
chance with AIS of changing things?  Clarence dropped me a nice note about
this, but I guess I am asking for more information on how AIS works, since
in Jan I will send off my subscription (and get in on the whole year that
way, see... I listens to ya guys) and become a REAL irisarian.  So many
governing bodies seem to get stuck, and cant make any changes once something
is in place.  But since Clarence IS on the body, maybe there is hope.

How would one go about making these changes???

Here till Thursday, then iris list withdrawl for 11 days.  I'll think about
you every day tho... (NOT) giggle.  Do they have irises in the Bahamas???
