The catalogue from Chuck Chapman which lists iris in classifications and
notes which are rebloomers in his zone says this about American orders:
AMERICAN ORDERS will be given a 20% discount if paid in USA$. Because of changers form the Dept. of Agriculture there is now a cost for the Phtosanitary
certificate necessary for shipping orders out of canada. The cost will be $6.00per order which covers most but not all of my extra cost.
This is based on being able to co-ordinate all orders and thus reducing my
costs. ANY ORDER RECEIVED AFTER AUG 5TH WILL NEED $15.00 TO COVER INSPECTION
COSTS.
