If you can get hold of Scanmask, put that on as soon as you can do
it. Here in zone 4/5 the end of the time for borer pupae to grow is
coming and they will hatch soon. The Scanmask is a nematode
preparation which is supposed to kill the pupae. You might have a
little more time in zone 6.
