playing catch-up with Iris-l

                           Hi To All

Well tonight I have just read 385 messages from you all after 4 days with
nothing from the list I was beginning to wonder if I had Un-subscribed
myself, In the middle was a "note" from my server saying these had "jammed"
my mailbox. So I am going to chip in on several old & new threads so please
bear with me

I pleased to announce that I was born on the 25 nov 1965 yes I am 30 & plan
on being 30 for a lot of years.

TO Derald I love the smell of Wedding Vow "beam me up Scotty" PS have you
checked out the Star trek Home Page?

I have been using a organic spray with a garlic/onion base for control of
Aphids & other chewing insects if anyone would like to try this email me &
I'll send the recipe. I also have one using Lettuce leaves as a deterant to
white butterflies. I am trying on that controls citrus borer but don't know
if it would be affective against iris borer as I don't have any. yet.

I confess I have an Iris border in my bedroom in dusky pink toning & would
be interested matching material if some kind person could send me the name
of the supplier.

As for the vow "I will not buy anymore plants" mine is "there is always
room for one more" if not I wait until my husband is in a very, very, very,
good mood & suggest that the fence could be move out just a little bit. He
knows the danger signs know ie plants in pots sitting out in whichever
paddock I decide needs to become garden.

Well enough on the threads a Question to those that grow Lousiana's
Will they be okay if the get the "wash" from my swimming pool.??????

The reason I ask is every year I end up with a boggy patch where the water
washes off the pool deck from the kids splashing & I was thinking of
planting this area in Lousiana iris. Any advise will be appreciated

Thank you all

I wonder where the birdies is????????????
