buy a small faucet to control the speed of drip
and also plug the drum up to catch the rain water.
To get REALLY fancy - put this on a dolly with a handle so you can roll
it around the garden.

What a great tool, Dennis. Of course, this barrel could hold manure or
alfalfa tea, right? If you do what Martha Stewart suggests and put the
manure/alfalfa in a piece of burlap so the residue won't clog the tubing..
This sounds like a winter project to me....
