After having a bad experience with a recommended coated bumpber sticker
stock for the Sacramento Convention labels (wrinkled in the hot sun), I
went to a pure vinyl stock made by MACTAC and it has been perfect. The
final labels you saw at the convention were on this and printed on our
laser printer. We have done approximately 10,000 labels and couldn't be
more pleased.( I use the Stickey Business label program) We now enclose a
label for every iris we ship in case our customers want to use them. Many
printers have some on hand or can order it. If you don't have a laser
printer you can print them on plain paper and them use a copy machine to
transfer. I understand Portland did that for their convention. You can also
buy vinyl labels from Economy Label Co.-1-800-874-4465 for a catalog. At
the National we also used label stakes from:

They have been making them for years and do a great job. Lewis Lawyer has
been using some of the same ones for over 30 years. Tell them I sent you.
They will
appreciate that since they gave us a great price.
Since my birthday has recently gone by I guess I can tell my age without
all of you singing to my computer at once. 8-24-40-one year younger than
Clarence.
So Kathy plan a party for next year. Just call 1-800 Flowers and don't send
iris. With all your energy I thought you had to be at least in your
twenties! Terri and I admire you.
